Awesome Doc and person
Dr Bates performed emergency surgery on my wife, and everything went fine. Not only that, he was very personable, compassionate and seemed like he really cared not only about the patient, but also the family.

Dr. Bates was the perfect balance of art and science. He was kind and compassionate with a high level of patient care. He was an excellent communicator with both my husband and myself. He explained everything thoroughly and allowed time for questions every time we saw him.

One of the best physicians I have been to. Very patient and very thorough. Did not make me feel he had somewhere else to be. Gave me ample to time to go through my list of questions. He even asked my husband if he had any questions or concerns. Very satisfied.
