Dr. Michael Benavidez, DO

We've had a good experience with him. It's his staff that is horrible. Unless you have the very first appointment for the day, you will be waiting a minimum of 45 min. to 1 hr. past your appointment time to get called in.

My Dr. Is Dr. Daisy Navarro and the MA is Michelle. They were both extremely helpful and showed me great customer service. Dr. Daisy did everything in her power to help me get a rush for my surgery. She was also very patient and kind . They both were. I would recommend both of them.

Dr. Benavidez has been my GP for over 30 years. He always takes time with me, addresses my questions and concerns and follows up as indicated. The best!

GREAT DOCTOR HORRIBLE STAFF. we waited over a month and a half for a referral that was never submitted! staff lies and only submitted after I called twice. moving my dad from this office. unless you know how to elevate issues to IPA I would not pick this office.

my husband had a very serious health issue . Dr Benavidez took the time to make the correct diagnosis and treatment . office staff helped a lot with getting us to the right places for our referrals. Great bedside manner even called our home to see how we were doing. Highly recommend.

Horrible Dr. Bedside manner is as if it's an interrogation room. Dr Benavidez is SO rude and unprofessional. If I could give a negative I would. Office manager also named Michael is extremly rude also. Dr Benavidez is horrific

The office staff isnt doing a good job of faxing over a referral to oncology for my mother. I have been calling daily now and they say they'll fax it in 30 mins. And they dont end up faxing anything over unfortunately. Wish they would mail it out to me so I can get it over to the right hands if they cant fax it.

My husband and I were treated as if we were not worthy of being patients in this office by both the PA, Madonna, and Dr. Benavidez. The office staff was unwilling to assist in getting referrals or necessary vaccinations required for my husband's care. As a result, he became ill and had to be hospitalized again. Also, the group of surgeons that they refer you to are complete garbage. My husband had a 'routine' surgery that was botched from the very beginning. They attempted to fix him 3 times and they almost lost him twice. As a result, we were sent to a facility that specializes in fixing mistakes. They were able to save his life. Two weeks after my husband was released from the hospital, the PA calls us to ask if we have the results back from a test that was taken over a month ago. A test that required immediate surgery. I was literally told when I asked about a prescription, that they had done their part and I should call myself if I was in a hurry.

If I could leave a negative score I would and it would be -100. This office is a business. They are not concerned about the well being of their patients. They will charge you for everything, the completion of disability papers, transfer of medical records, missed appointments and the list goes on. The Dr does not care about your well being and will do as little as possible to find out what your issue is. If you care about your health do not sign up with this provider.

Hes the rudest doctor I have ever met.!!!! The staff is a night mare . I had to go to the other office in Rancho Cucamonga.Upland had no idea where the office was. Got completelty lost. Nurse Practioner in the Rancho Cucamonga. First thing she said when she walked into the examining room is who opened up the blinds i guess my son did as he told me later when we left. But at that moment when she said who opened the blinds by the way she was reacting he did not feel comfortable telling her.

Very, Very poor doctor! He NEEDS to stop acting like he's God. Poor bedside manner, lazy to complete paperwork, doesn't listen to his patients; cuts them off in mid-sentence during chief complaint, condescending, no tact, patronizing. I guess this is what you get from a "DO" not an "MD". Go back to school for a degree in Business Administration to try to save your horrible practice!

His office staff consistently give out the wrong information, forget to schedule an appointment so you show up & they act like "What?" I asked to speak to him multiple times about an issue with a P. A. He NEVER responded to calls, or multiple letters! The office manager THE WORST. SAVE YOURSELF, YOUR HEALTH & go anywhere (your vet) before going to this "business!" Simply unprofessional from top to bottom!!!

Have been assigned to Dr. Benavides for 2 years and have not seen or met the doctor. Every appointment that I have had Ive been seen by the PA including the initial appointment. Office staff is very rude and have very bad attitudes. I will definitely be changing doctors.
