Improper Billing
Saw this provider for a suspected COVID case - had symptoms and was exposed. This was billing incorrectly to my insurance provider and affecting my cost share out of pocket - provider is refusing to correct their billing.

Denied antibiotics for an Allina online visit for a sore throat (not strep). Stated that a throat swab was required. What for?? Strep is treated by antibiotics anyway and I have never had strep in 58 years. Complete waste of time. Not sure why he is diagnosing Minnesota residents in the first place. Thanks for nothing.
