Congratulations on the Health Connect article about Food Power! We have been following some major parts of Dr. Joel Fuhrman for several years with great results! We make our own soups from scratch, our own hot breakfast cereal from scratch and being in our seventies with no meds. except daily supplements much of our credit goes to Dr Fuhrman! Putting the right food(s) into our healing-machine body works for us. Thanks for the pushback against unnecessary drugs. God bless you for what you do.
