Very unconcerning. Believes that his opinion is the only one that is right or counts. Doesn't do a good or even adequate job of explaining anything. He is arrogant and basically a snooty little kid who was never taught manners or respect.

Do your own research. There's an awfully lot he doesn't tell you. I think he assumes you already know, or he just doesn't think about it. You might think he's listening, but he hears what he wants to hear, and assumes way too much.
