My finger surgery was a complete disaster. I strongly advise against seeing this doctor, as I now face permanent loss of movement and required a second surgery by another surgeon to fix Dr. Brunelli's errors. The aftercare was horrendous. Following the surgery, my finger started turning purple, and when I raised concerns, he assured me it was normal, which was completely false. I experienced severe issues, including loss of sensation, a missing nail, and dead skin requiring removal. Despite my concerns about dislocation after two weeks in a brace, he dismissed them without an X-ray. Eventually, an X-ray revealed my finger had been dislocated the entire time, and by then, it was too late to correct it. Now, my finger is permanently bent, and I will never regain full movement.

Do not see this doctor
Very bad doctor. Was unable to answer any questions, stated he never read the MRI report and never examined the injured hand and was unable to explain why hand was in such pain after 2 months of waiting. Just walked out of the room. Possibly due to being an LGBT couple in his office. Do not recommend this provider, others in the office are excellent.

He is very focused on his patients.
I tore open my finger on a locker door. As a guy, I delayed having it checked. A day or so later, he examined me in his office. He was able to treat my injury which resulted in a well-healed tear.

Thumbs up!
I saw Dr Brunelli with a complaint of wrist pain that had been an issue for two months. He immediately put me at ease with his easy going nature and kindness. He asked me to describe the pain while he gently examined my wrist. Within a few minutes he explained what the problem was and suggested a cortisone injection. It was quick and painless. I would highly recommend Dr Brunelli.

Excellent treatment by an Outstanding Doctor!
I have been getting arthritis treatment from Dr Brunelli for years. When I broke my wrist, he did the surgery to repair the wrist and it healed beautifully, quickly, and I never had any pain throughout the process. I have recommended Dr. Brunelli whenever my family or friends have hand or arm problem.

Top notch care!
I'm a returning patient of Dr. Brunelli. He did such a fabulous job with my first hand surgery (correcting 2 trigger fingers) that when another finger needed surgery I didn't hesitate to go back to him. His office staff is very professional and extremely efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Brunelli and his office. Others could take a lesson from this team as to how to treat patients and run an office!

Highly recommend!
Always a pleasure and relief to meet with Dr. Brunelli. He always know how to relieve my stress….and pain. I have met with him several times over 8 years for different problems (carpal tunnel, trigger fingers, surgical interventions) and he is always gentle, decisive and reassuring. I have recommended him to several people who have been equally pleased.

Best Orthopedic Hand Surgeon/Specialist
Dr. Brunelli took T1 Diabetic son and helped him when his PC couldn't. He cares about his patients and their well-being while having great.bedside manners. He helped my son's infection and hand/fingers without surgery. He is the only orthopedic hand surgeon/specialist that I will use for my son and for myself. His office staff is great too. Thank you Fran for your help.

Deserving of Bostons Best!
I found Dr Brunelli through a recommendation from a friend. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time needed to answer questions and definitely take care of the problem. You may have a little wait ( I’m a freak about ppl being on time) but his main concern is taking care of patients problems and that’s what truly matters
