He's a great comprehensive care physician and can handle people with complex and interacting conditions comprehensively. His bedside manner always makes you feel better and his nurse, Alex, is a charmer and gets you relaxed and ready.

Dr. Cairns was rude, abrupt and arrogant. He was the on-call doctor and he didn’t let me finish my sentence or let me tell him what was wrong. Extremely unprofessional.

Dr Cairns is an awesome physician! He never makes you feel rushed, he’s VERY knowledgeable and super friendly, as is his nurse, Alex. They make a very good caregiving team.

This doctor allowed me to run out of a medication I must take daily without warning, communication, or follow up. I rearranged my life to come in right away even though I had an upcoming appointment in the next few weeks because he withheld the medication from me without explanation or cause. Additionally, he was very rude in the office when I saw him regarding it, causing me to file a formal complaint with Swedish due to his poor treatment. Do not depend on this provider to be there for you.

IT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY I WOULD EVER RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR OR THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE , SINCE CHANGING IT'S NAME THE CLINIC HAS BECOME VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN SEVERAL CRUCIAL AREAS CONNECTED TO IT'S PATIENTS . THIS DOCTOR I WAS TOLD WAS A GOOD DOCTOR ONCE,HE HAS SEVERAL STAFF CONNECTED TO HIM THAT HAS CAUSED HIS METHODS AS A DOCTOR TO GO DOWN HILL.
