Dr Cassetta is an excellent Rheumatologist!
Dr. Cassetta has been treating my autoimmune disease for many years. I was so sick and in pain from severe RA, and he brought me back to life, with his superb diagnostic skills and broad knowledge of treating autoimmune disease. He’s patient and kind, and always takes his time with me. I, from my own experience, know how hard it is to spend as much time with a patient as they’d like and still keep other patients happy. Dr. Cassetta always makes sure (as best as he can)to answer my questions, even if they’re repetitive. He always is aware of new medications or procedures that arise and will adjust my therapy, if it could make my life a little better! When I was feeling very sick, he didn’t stop trying to help me, till I could l live without pain. My daughter is now seeing him for an autoimmune disease and she is happy as well.

“The Best Rheumatologist” an honest review – Apr 23, 2024

Bad team
I haven't had the first date yet and I don't want to go. The reasons are clear for a type of specialist such as rheumatology, good equipment is needed so that the patient can be treated. I am referring to an immunological disease and from the first call to the girl Sana with a very bad attitude and in a slightly sharp tone WE DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH, I asked them if they had the translation service and their answer was: NO, WE ARE A PRIVATE CLINIC, NOT A HOSPITAL... WHAT? Personally I did not have the opportunity to meet the doctor, but the staff is so brusque when it comes to talking that I would not like to go and even more so in the state of depression and sensitivity in which I find myself. Maybe you should renew your work team and the translation system, since in this country not only English is spoken ????

If I could give less than one star I would. He clearly shows he does not care about his patients and is very dismissive. I got blood work done that he ordered that showed very concerning results for me and not only did he not contact me about the results, I reached out multiple times and left multiple voicemails and never heard back. A few weeks later, I received a 2 sentence letter in the mail diagnosing me with a condition from the results of my blood work. That was it!!! No explanation, no phone call, nothing. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor

This physician is a 'money doctor'. He is not interested in patient care. Avoid him like the plague.

I don's have personal experience with Dr. Cassetta because when I called to make an appt. I was asked what insurance I had and when I said I had a medicare advantage plan, there was a pause in conversation and then the person who I was speaking with refused to make an appointment for me until they received medical records from my primary doctor even though I do not need a referral. She said that was Dr. Cassetta's policy. So much for no discrimination!!!!
