Telehealth
I worked with Dr. Clark on a few issues, including MDD and anxiety, and have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. As a woman, I've had some negative experiences with male clinicians, especially in the mental health field, but Dr. Clark made me feel seen and heard. He not only made me feel validated, he also helped me put words to things and understand the 'why' of them. He seemed to actually care about helping me feel better.And while I went to him knowing I needed medication, I loved that in addition to prescribing me something (that he let me decided on after clearly explaining my different options), he also offered more holistic approaches to support my treatment that were science-based. Working with him made me tempted to stay on the Kaiser network, but I was moving to a city where there aren't many, if any, Kaiser providers. I saw him both in-person and virtually and had equally good experiences.
