Worst doctor ever
Went to see him for trigger thumb and popping tendons. He gave me a cortisone shot in my thumb but, a week later I am in more pain more than I was before. Went back to see him, he was very rude like I was wasting his time and told me it takes 6 weeks for the cortisone shot to work. He did not listen to me and how much pain I am in.

Go anywhere else.
Stay away. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a medical professional. Dr. Cohen spent less than 2 minutes in the exam room with me to misdiagnose a shoulder injury, after 10 PT sessions I was referred to his PA, when I was still having issues I was basically told to "Just not move my shoulder that way" and to keep doing PT for Bicep Tendonitis that I didn't have.

Tried to book appt online. After entering all my information the appointment was never confirmed. When I called Dr. Cohen's office to verify if it was made, it wasn't. After reviewing the Doctor's reviews I decided to seek treatment elsewhere.

Dr. Cohen has done carpal tunnel surgery on both of my hands. I have also seen him for cortisone shots over the years for trigger finger on 3 fingers. Hi listens to your problem and then discusses your options. He is an excellent hand doctor.

Very friendly. Listens, explains everything in detail, and gets to the point. Conservative approach to treatment. Always looked forward to visits. No long wait time in lobby or individual waiting room. Total time spent for each visit was approximately 15-20 min's.

Dr Cohen is professional, he surgically repaired my carpal tunnel issues with great success. Each appointment is on time and his staff is friendly and efficient. He uses Amsurg Surgery Center and it matches his style of professional care.

I saw this dr twice for a wrist issue. Was given a cortisone shot the first time. Which did not help. I am not blaming that on the dr, however both visits were extremely fast, he did not listen to what problems I was having& seemed to jump to conclusions. The answers he gave me did not help my wrist problems. He did not explain things well at all and left me questioning/not knowing what's wrong with my wrist. I would not recommend this dr to anyone I know.
