Thorough, non-rushed appointment
I went with my husband to an initial appt with Dr Criddle and was very impressed with him. Very knowledgeable, taking time to answer all questions. Most impressive: non-rushed appt and he took enough time to review my husband’s chart, including two previous procedures which helped him diagnose my husband’s issue. He also was very inclusive in deciding how to proceed with treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Criddle.

Definitely recommend
Very positive experience. Dr.Criddle was very courteous and attentive to all of my concerns. He is an exceptional surgeon who was able to remedy my affliction that other options failed to accomplish. He and his staff were very competent, efficient and attentive.

I went to see Dr Criddle gave him detailed information and he rushed me out of the office without any sort of care, consultation, concern. I landed up going back to him with the advice of another specialist and the specialist had to document what he should do as an ENT. Dr Criddle did follow another doctor (who wasn’t an ENT) advise. That’s when he found a serious condition and referred me out to UNM. If he had took the time to do his job the first time I saw him It could have been caught sooner. On top of this the doctor nurse and office were absolutely horrible since they were clearly bothered by my request to escalate and help get me the care I needed via referral and prior authorization needed. I had to be my own advocate and get a medical advocates help to get this Dr and staff to do their jobs.

I was extremely pleased with the treatment I received from Dr CRIDDLE... He knows what he is doing, is a total professional and reassured me during the visit. He is a no-nonsense guy and that's what I like the most. I highly recommend him. Michael Santullo Albuquerque, N.M.

Dr. Criddle performed a tonsillectomy on my 17yr old daughter. The surgery went great. He made us feel she was in good hands. He is confident and concerned. The nurses at the Hospital spoke very highly of him. The nurses opinion is very important they are the ones that work with him and they see his work.

I recently had to have surgery and Dr. Criddle was excellent. He walked me through all the options and was very compassionate. More important.... hes a good surgeon
