Very professional. Answered all my questions. His conservative and careful approach is a rare find these days. Didn’t feel rushed and felt there was a genuine medical concern to help.

Dr. Daras has not shown much (if any) concern for my problem. An appointment for treatment was cancelled and I was not even notified. No one on his staff has taken any interest in rescheduling my treatment. He (nor his assistant) respond to patients and cannot be called. You can only leave a message with the answering service. It's extremely disappointing for him to be part of such a prestigious institution.

I have Ehlers-danlos Syndrome, Chiari Malformation, CCI, & the Dysautonomias: POTS, Mast Cell Activation & Gastroparesis. Dr Daras is one of the VERY few Drs with a knowledge & even better a thorough understanding of these diseaees. He brilliant, kind & very honest, whether you like the answer or not. The truth is there is no cure for my diseases. Some parts can be managed with medication, some can not. As my disease is high risk, he is very cautious & does everything in his power to manage what can be managed on the Neurological end. He is extremely thorough.

Extremely unprofessional bordering on criminal. I felt genuinely creeped out by this "dr" and the nerve test technician who came out for my test with a half open shirt and exposed chest hair. Was told I had to get naked and wear a gown for a test that I did elsewhere doing no such thing. I was even told I couldnt have my husbands accompaniment or even my phone during "hours long" SSEP test. I did this test in 15m with a real doctor btw. This experience left me traumatized.. stay away!!

Dr. Daras possesses the old school bed side manner that is so hard to find nowadays. His knowledge is clearly evident in the way he explains his clinical impression. He is a genuine, caring individual with a professionalism that positively represents ColumbiaDoctors.
