Dr. Michael Dickey, MD

One of the best ER Docs I have ever been to!

I dragged myself into the ER at Hill Country Memorial in Fredericksburg, Tx needing help for pain. I have a bleeding fibroid that causes pain that’s intolerable while waiting for my surgery day for a complete hysterectomy. My regular MD could not be reached and Doctor M. Dickey was on staff . . Thank the Lord above. He and the staff on call at Hill Country Memorial Hospital were knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and (in the middle of COVID 19) were present to serve the community and surrounding area in the Hill Country that needed treatment or diagnosis. I am forever grateful for their service during these difficult times. These brave men and women in the Emergency Room deal with triage situations as if in a war time when anything can be seen coming through those attending rooms. They all have my respect, gratefulness and prayers.

Worst ER Dr. I have ever experienced. If you want a Dr. that has zero care or compassion, and that has decided, (falsely in my case) that he knew better than me what was wrong with me, then he's your guy. I almost died thanks to Dr. Dickey and his incompetence and complete lack of concern. Do yourself a favor and avoid him at all costs.
