Dismissive, Arrogant, lacking care
Dr. Dlugosz does not provide adequate care. And if you actually have any sort of health concerns he will either pass you off to a specialist, or do the bare minimum to disprove your claims. The only care, respect, and adequate treatment was provided by the PAs. Our visits together lasted all of 10 minutes and he will tell you to address your health concerns with other providers. After expressing health concerns, multiple ER visits, and advocating for further care, he decided to terminate our relationship effectively dropping me from the practice in the middle of a medical crisis. The reason for termination was “disrespectful or inappropriate language towards staff”….. I don’t recall ever being disrespectful or inappropriate. All I did was advocate for myself,If you actually have a chronic illness or medical concern you’re better off going anywhere else.

Been going to Highgate Medical for over 40 years. Have been seeing Dr Dlugosz since he started there. After all these years I will not be going there anymore. His visits are very rushed and doesn't go over my medical problems. If we try to be more informed about medical problems he tells us to stay off the computer. If I complain about something that is a health problem he is very short and nasty. I want to live a healthier, longer life and want to know about my conditions so I can improve my health. He doesn't help. His attitude has become unbelievable. No thanks, I want a doctor who actually cares

Dr Dlugosz and his staff are very attentive to my concerns and is very thorough in regards to my healthcare. Orders appropriate tests, does not over medicate and is just all around great! I’ve had no issues.

He pushes all the preventative tests but if you are really sick....forget it! He just wants the money but too good to do the work when you need it. I would give a zero if I could. If you challenge him he will just call you belligerent and to find another doctor. So I will indeed take that advice and recomment everyone else do the same.

I find Dr. Dlugosz to be very friendly and professional. I know doctors are very busy these days so I always come with my questions and concerns written down so my time with the doctor is as efficient as possible. I love that he is not quick to prescribe and is very open to my family’s plant based lifestyle. I also have an adult special needs daughter. She suffers from anxiety and is completely at ease under his care. He deserves 5 stars as far as we are concerned.

I have been seeing Dr. Dlugosz since my previous doctor retired (for about two years). I was very leery because I had had only two doctors in the last 60 or so years. I was very happy with the care and attention that I received from Dr. Dlugosz. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in his care. I have recommended him to others.

Great doctor. Treats me and I trust him with my entire family. He was the first to see me when I was hospitalized at Millard Suburban and his group even took care of me at rehab. Definitely recommend him.

I started as a patient at his office 2 years ago. I first saw his PA Mandy the first year She completely dismissed me and my hyperthyroid condition and refused to give me more meds as did Dr. Dlugosz the next year. they only spent about 10 minutes with me and refused to listen to any of my concerns. I then gave the him a bad review, and because his ego is so fragile, I was dismissed. I think most doctors might, hmmm, why is this patient upset and what can I do to comfort her. I would them 0.
