The doctor is knowledgeable and experienced. The entire team, including Dr. Duncan and the staff team works efficiently. He is also very very patient, and explained my diagnosis and treatment plans very clearly. I also love the experience with the front desk, his assigned assistant and their only system as they all contribute to this high quality patient experience, which makes me feel that I was taken good care of. For example, the front office works an extra mile when noticed the message showed that I may need a more urgent 2nd appointment (the 1st appointment after MRI) so he tried to connected me with the direct assistant to the doctor to arrange an appointment earlier than the system could normally assign me to. Not to mention, prior to that, his assistant & front desk not only coordinate with the insurance company to get me the authorization code for MRI, but take an extra mile to call to make sure I got the code.I definitely would recommend Dr. Duncan to people I know.

Dr. Duncan saw me promptly to treat my hip stress fracture. He reviewed MR and conferred with surgicalcolleague that conservative management would be appropriate. He had plan in place for follow up and my return to work. Dedicated and thoughtful. I have recommended him to many family and friends who feel the same.
