Excellent care by all staff snd Dr.

This is a third visit to Dr Duval. He corrected an issue with my arm a few years ago. He explains everything and is good at follow up!

Staff was very nice and knowledgeable, facility clean. Dr Huval explained things well and was very nice.

I saw Dr. Duval for the second time yesterday and he did a complete 180 from my first visit. On my first visit in January, he seemed caring ad compassionate about my situation and didn't treat me like a number. However, this visit was VERY different. Firstly, he had wanted me to lose some weight before he would do surgery. When they called me back, his team didn't even bother to weigh me to check. I had to correct him on my current weight verbally. Secondly, nobody on his team saw a person this time, only a number on a chart that I will NEVER fit into, even at a healthy weight for me. Not only did they not listen, he increased the amount of weight he wanted me to lose, and refused to listen to the fact that I have already been on weight loss medications that have not worked for me, stating he would 'refer me to a weight loss doctor who could prescribe the 'right' one'. This doctor is not willing to help an individual. he has changed into one of the many who don't actually see 'you'.

Dr. Michael Duval is an excellent orthopedic physician and has exceptional bedside manners. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend him.

First time patient period. Having intake paperwork available to complete on the patient portal before appointment was a time saver. Wait time was literally five minutes. Staff incredibly kind and professional. Met with both Dr. Duval and his nurse practitioner, and both we're amazingly informative and reassuring. Not only will I be going back again for a follow up, but I am already planning to schedule my husband for an appointment as well.

Dr. Duval did d a great job on my shoulder replacement. The staff is friendly and helpful.
