Too busy to care, hubris to fill in the gaps
Telehealth
They simply don't care. Tell them what they prescribed isn't available, they wait a full year to give you something different. Tell them your insurance is running out and you need to expedite? They wait 6 weeks to do anything. Call them out on a simple math mistake they made? They say basically 'how dare you question me.' The practice is riding the coattails of a once decent Stanford main into the ground.

Rude and Impersonal
Dr. Eisenberg was extremely unprofessional and rude with me when I saw him. I’m a patient at Stanford and saw him through a referral concerning recurring epididymytis. He had no clue about the cause and instead just recommended banking sperm in case the infection caused infertility, rather than treating the chronic infection itself. Pretty weird experience.
