Been seeing Dr Franklin for about 40 years whenever I have a problem he has solved it with professional care and concern. His office staff is the old family type office where you feel cared for.

I have been a patient of Dr. Franklin and his physician assistant for over 10 years. I have always had a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the doctor always takes his time with me and explains everything very well. I would highly recommend Dr. Franklin to anyone who needs to see and ear, nose and throat physician.

I started seeing Dr. Franklin early 2013. I suffered from allergies and sinus infections since my early 20's and was referred to him by my primary Doctor. He and his staff were very pleasant and thorough during the office visit and follow up appointments. He suggested I get allergy tested. I did end up having allergies to molds which I never considered. He suggested that I start allergy shots, and my life has changed dramatically! No sinus infections, less congested and overall, I feel better!

I've been coming here for quite sometime now for wax removal. Dr. Franklin and his staff have always been super nice! It's a speciality, so it's hard to get an appointment if you want to see the Dr, but he also has a PA who is also wonderful. Dr. Franklin has always done what was needed in order give me the best personal care and I couldn't be happier. Bedside manner is a lost art, but Dr. Franklin, his PA and staff continue to have that personal attention to their patients which I appreciate.

Dr Franklin would have me go through every possible procedure. I stopped when he scheduled an MRI for me. My out of pocket expense was close to $1,000 and months later I discovered Lipo Flavenoids, which had a positive impact on my condition. I'm sure that he was aware of Lipo Flavenoids and could have suggested a few weeks of Lipo Flavenoid treatment before scheduling an MRI. I will not know what HE thought..but that's what I think.

Not good office staff was rude and unhelpful with insurance pre auth issues...refusing to see my son who was diagnosed with a tumore in his palotoid gland when we FINALLY saw the doctor he was about as rude as his staff and had a horrible bedside manner and was not thorough at all in his diagnosis or information for my son who also suffers from epilepsy
