Caring, concerned doctor
They scheduled my appointment quickly. The doctor was friendly and concerned about my issue. He is currently handling this issue and I feel I am getting great care

Arrogant, uncaring, disorganized.
My first appointment was diagnosis. Frazier gave me to believe that a cyst on my foot was common, and it would be as nothing to remove. Second appointment for the procedure, I was told upon arriving at the clinic that he was called out for a 'family emergency' (no prior notice to me). Third appointment, which I confirmed online TWICE, and waited an hour and a half, while other patients went in ahead of me, ended up in no procedure. Fourth appointment, I waited another hour. When this guy let me into his office, he asked me 'What was going on?' I was flabbergasted...I told him I was there on appointment to have a cyst removed from my foot. He said, 'No, you have to make an appointment for that'. I said this was my forth trip, and I had pain, for which he seemed to have no empathy. I asked 'How can I make an appointment to get this taken care of?' He then asked 'Is there any way you and I can work together?' I got up and left. This guy is uncaring, arrogant..KEEP AWAY...

Wish I could give negative stars
I am still waiting for my refund of my custom orthotics scan in February. This was due to the scan being corrupted. I have requested the refund many times. I have stopped getting a response. I am not happy with the treatment I received from him. He gave me two cortisone shots, within two weeks, for my bunion on left foot. The second injection gave me a painful staph infection cellulitis. He did not sterilize the injection site on my foot or the needle. He came in the room with the needle already out of the package nor did he wash his hands prior. He did not explain anything to me either. I will not be going back to this doctor.

RUN! Terrible experience! FRAUDULENT BILLING
Do NOT go to this so called professional! He did a simple snip of 1 side of my son's ingrown toenail. He was with him for all of 5 minutes & then fraudulently billed it out as surgery under the facia w I & D (incision & drainage) due to cellulitis infection (there was no infection) for over $1000. I confronted him at his office politely asking if maybe he mistakenly billed this incorrectly & he admitted to the up-coding because he said had he billed it as just an ingrown toenail the insurance would have paid next to nothing & proceeded to ask what I was trying get from him. I told him I wanted him to accurately bill the procedure because my insurance had already overpaid (over $400) than the procedure should have even been billed for. He then tore the bill out of my hand ripped it in half & said "there now you bill is zero, get the hell out of my office". We have now been sent to collections for $600 more he is trying to collect from us. I am reporting him to the state & Insurance

Can't give 0 stars or I would
DO NOT GO TO DR. FRAZIER! My husband had foot surgery in December. Frazier left him in a hospital room way longer than he needed to be because he never showed up to the hospital when he was supposed to. He rushes through appointments and won't give you the time of day to ask questions. He never filled out short term disability paperwork that he said was complete. My husband went up to the office twice to redeliver said paperwork and the office was closed. He was scheduled for an appointment today, 1/30/23 at 9:00am and the office is closed...he was given no notice that nobody would be there. My husband was supposed to be released to go back to work and now that can't even happen. Don't even bother with Frazier...you'll be wasting your time and money on a doctor that doesn't care.

Amazing Doctor and polite staff!! Best podiatrist in Houston bar none. Been seeing Dr. Frazier for 2 yrs and have had excellent service and attention. Any doctor that provides you his cell phone number in the event you don’t get a response says something about how he cares about his patients.

Seen close to appointment time. Dr. Frazier was informative and empathetic. The procedure he performed was well done and follow through was good. Answered questions in lay terms and attended to other concerns than those for which appointment had been made.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Frazier. He is a compassionate doctor that listens to your health problems and genuinely cares to help his patients, even if the scope is outside the field of his expertise. There are very few if any we’ve encountered like him left. We are extremely grateful for his help.

Dr. Frazier was really nice and caring. He understood what I was going through with my chronic ankle condition, he gave me all of my options that involve surgical and non surgical treatment. I was really pleased with his approach. He said he could help me, and said his job is to give me all my options regarding my treatment strategy. I really liked that, because in the past, other doctors told me what was wrong and left the room. he took the time to explain everything, and he is super laid back.

Dr. Frazier has surpassed all of my expectations in terms of bedside manner and results. After having been to 3 other podiatrists with varied opinions, I found him to the most open, honest, and thorough. I decided to move forward with the Lapidus procedure, and being my first surgery, I had multiple questions that were all answered with care and concern. Dr. Frazier is easy-going, confident, and capable, and I so highly recommend him to make you feel at ease with any issues you need to address.

I had my ingrown done with Dr. Michael. I called and called again about my conditions and the receptionist said it sounded normal to her so I let it go. A few days later my right toenail loosen and fallen off. a week later my left toenail also rotten and fallen off too. If I can post a picture I would. One more thing, they made me pay upfront for the service and said if the insurance pay they will reimburse but I've tried to call many times for a few months now I still didn't get my money back.

Doctor Frazier is very good and caring. The only negative issue is his staff I had a lot of problems getting an FMLA form and work release filled and sign buy his staff. I almost lost my job because the office staff exceeded the time limit. While today I was contacted that the Human Resource department did not receive a work release form form Dr. Frazier's office. My blood sugar went up again after realizing the fight I am going to have to go through to get a work release form filled out.
