They do not use sterile technique for surgeries
I saw David K. PA., The techs never washed their hands while preparing for surgery, they grabbed the unsterile exam gloves that they use with their unwashed hands, contaminating the outside of the gloves that would be touching me-and proceeded to arrange the sterile instruments, contaminating them all, and she held the suture thread as my surgery wound was being sewed up. I did not observe David K. Wearing sterile gloves either, but he came in with gloves on already. Later, I asked him for antibiotics for a skin infection that I had and he told me that I would have to go to the emergency room, that he does not treat infections. I definitely do not recommend this dermatology office. I am going to go to Ocala family Medical Center, dermatology clinic, because I called them and they use sterile technique for the surgeries. I questioned one of the techs why they do not use sterile technique, and they said because they don’t cut deep into the muscle that they don’t have to! Wrong answer!

Saw his PA, David K., in November for a cyst in my underarm that needed to be excised. After a cursory skin check, he referred me to a plastic surgeon for the excision and determined 3 areas that were potentially skin cancer and needed to be removed, including a birthmark on my leg that I have had all my life. I had the birthmark removed against my better judgement, and followed the aftercare instructions to the letter. It became infected and he sent me to wound care in Ocala. NEVER AGAIN!

I had been going to Dr. Freeman for 6 years for an annual full body check and he never found anything. Being uncomfortable with his cursory check of 3 minutes, I went to another Dermatologist six months after my yearly exam with Dr. Freeman. That practice found 2 sites with skin cancer that have since been removed. I am very disappointed that these same spots were considered inconsequential by Dr. Freeman and would never recommend him to any of my friends or acquaintances.

From the moment of entering the office,the front desk has a wow factor,very pleasant,congenial and professional,instant comfort. I seen David K. PA,he and his staff are fantastic,great examination with total explanations of recommendations. Had six areas to be done,even the procedures were painless. Great office and treatments,very through. Dr.Freeman is the most experience of any Doctor in his field that I have been to.Dr. Freeman treated many of my conditions that other Doctors had not been able to do.The staff is also great.

Unfriendly and rude. I took two of my three children in to have sun spots checked. My third child was out of school and came with us. I asked if he could see all three of them while we were there. He refused to look at my son's sun spots, which would have taken seconds. I am a health professional myself and my father was a physician. I've never been as insulted as I was at this clinic.
