Absolutely the best in trauma for a 7yr old boy. Respectful,caring,knowledgeable under our stressful accident! I have been in many States, away from home & this was by far the utmost proficient & respectful.

Absolute jerk. He let me sit in a ton of pain for five days before he fixed my arm. The scar is absolutely horrible (even my doctor couldnt believe how bad it was) it was an absolute hatchet job provided no pain control after. When i asked for meds he made me seem like I was a drug addict. All he cares about is making money.

I received a pelvic FX 10 years ago, and he was awesome. I appreciated his willingness to take my case and I thought he was very professional and very caring, not only to me but my husband as well.

What a total tool. I went to him and his apathetic attitude towards my problems with my shoulder were unbelievable. Do not go to him, he does not care. You are a number and a paycheck for him. He sucks! If I could give zero stars, I would. If you want someone who charges you full price and gives you 10 minutes of his precious egotistical time, go to him.

Dr. Gallagher I'm told is a very skilled trauma surgeon per other MD's. He does NOT however display much in regard to bedside manner or kindness. He handled my broken limb by pulling on external fixator repeatedly. Unnecessary. His personality is border-line stand-offish, and his staff could use a little organization. My hope is that his skills outweigh his inability to be friendly. If so, I would recommend him as there are not a lot of top trauma surgeons in the state of Montana to chose from
