I received 44 radiation treatments, I have a PSA test scheduled for Jan 2021, I do not know if the treatments were successful or not at this time, I was treated very well during my radiation visits.

From the first conversations with Dr. Galloway which concluded that the best treatment option was radiation therapy, both Dr. Galloway and the staff were extremely professional and efficient. Treatment was performed amid the chaos of COVID-19, and with all the uncertainty of the transmission of the virus the manner and efficiency in which the treatments and communications were performed alleviated the anxiety of virus transmission. All involved made me comfortable from start to finish.

When I was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer and told I needed 44 radiation treatments in 9 weeks, I was very apprehensive and a little afraid. Dr. Galloway and his staff were terrific during this ordeal. When I was told I had to have a full bladder, no gas or bowels in my system, my first question was how do I do that every single day? The answer is, sometimes you fail. But the staff never made me feel bad about those days I wasn't ready, and helped me get through it. I honestly feel I was in the best hands available anywhere. They all actually cared and I never felt like just another patient.

From start to finish, service was excellent. Great staff, clean facility, well maintained equipment. COVID-19 safety protocols in place and enforced. Extremely satisfied and happy with my treatments.

Overall, considering the trying times of the pandemic, things went smoothly. The female staff was extremely friendly and did all they could to alleviate any anxieties. Always explained the procedures and what we to be expected.

The staff is very efficient, I'm in and out in 10 minutes. They are also friendly and understanding.

I am almost through at this time with my cancer treatment being provided by the professionals at West Florida Radiation Therapy under the direction of Dr. Michael E. Galloway. This has been a very positive experience and while not wishing others to have to experience it if you have to this is the place to go. Along the way Dr. Galloway and the radiation technicians explained the process in a caring way. While each treatment was brief I never felt rushed. While the RapidArc may look imposing each treatment is painless and over quickly.

Everything in all of my 44+ visits went great! All of the staff members from the office to the radiation room and Dr. Galloway were very friendly, kind, and even polite while answering my often dumb questions. As I said after my last treatment this was a pleasant experience (crazy huh!)
