Who is Dr. Gatto? Radnet, LA ENT never met him
I've never met Dr. Gatto, Maybe he retired. I've only dealt the the inept staff at this location who seems to overprocess everything to make more money. Beware as they will submit codes to your insurance company to remove things that were removed years ago. No care at all. In addition the same company owns RADNET imaging who has delayed my radiologist report by over 15 days.

Quantity over quality
I randomly picked Dr Gatto from the results of a Google search without first checking online reviews. HUGE mistake! Mandatory audiogram even though my issue has nothing whatsoever to do with my hearing and I already have them done elsewhere annually. Tried to convince me to travel 115 miles away for the MRI that I need. Told his staff to schedule a 'dizzy test,' but I never heard from them about that. Tried repeatedly to call them about that and other issues, but phones not answered and voicemail requests for return calls ignored. I believe he plasters the walls of his office with autographed music memorabilia in an effort to impress while simultaneously running a 'cattle car' operation focused on quantity rather than quality.

Unable to reach a person to change appointment. When calling the main number, a recording says you've reached the billing department, leave a message and someone will get back to you. Never heard from anyone and unable to change appointment. Steer clear.

they give zero effs
You could literally perish in the waiting room and they won't notice - so inattentive, thoughtless and rude.

Regained my Sudden Hearing Loss
I had an ear infection. After the infection cleared up, I lost the hearing in my right ear. I was able to get an appointment with the doctor's nurse practitioner Katyln. She was familiar with sudden hearing loss, prescribed the correct medication, and within 48 hours my hearing returned.

Very poor. Turned away a patient with an appointment who needed care. Closed the window on the patients wife. What is going on with our country’s health care?

I get a bill in the mail telling me "the balance is 60 days past due and unpaid. Please call our office immediately to make arrangements to settle your account" I call and say this is the first billing for the service I have received and it makes me sound like a deadbeat. I am told "this is just a scare tactic we use" when I say I am unhappy she says "have a nice day" and hangs up. cant get refill of allergy drops unless I pay for a separate office visit. I am out hundreds of dollars
