Acute Sinus Infection
I am a patient with Ascension St. Clair Adult Medical Practice.This was my first visit with Dr. Michael Gifford in the absence of my primary care physician Dr. Julia Tesch, (same practice) during the 2024 Holiday Season.I had a cold which developed intoa sinus infection which I’ve experienced in the past with a cold.It was time to seek medical attention to eliminate my discomfort.Dr. Gifford was a pleasure to meet and discussed his diagnosis as an acute sinus infection. He covered all the bases with compassion, bedside manner and expertise.He introduced me to and prescribed a gentle but effective antibiotic that would clear up my infection with little or no side effects.As stated by Dr. Gifford, I am tolerating his choice very well.Prior to my daily dose, having a small breakfast and a nice dinner seems to help without side effects.Thank You VeryMuch Also, I am very Thankful to Latrise,Medical Office Coordinator for providing an appointment so promptly and wears a smile.
