I had just moved from another state, didn't have a doctor yet so went to Mercy Urgent Care, had a UTI and my long term narcotic pain medication prescription had expired. Everyone knows the strict rules about refills! I explained that I had to miss my scheduled appointment one week away with my last pain doc. because we sold our house, closed, and came here. Instead of professionally explaining to me he got in my face and yelled at me that "bad planning isn't an emergency!" and refused me.

As most know, not all doctors are created equal. It took a long time to find one with whom I'm happy. Dr. Good is it. Good attitude, kind, gentle, patient, caring, intelligent, empathetic, attentive, and I appreciate all of it SO much because this has been very difficult to luck into these days. As Tonyy the Tiger would say: "He's grrrrreat!!"

Patronizing, doesn't listen to concerns, will not initiate finding out what is wrong with you. Does not return calls, nor does his staff when you voice concerns. Gets very petty when asked for a referral to someone who will treat you.
