Dr. Michael Hanks, MD

Dr. Hanks' office refused to see my sick daughter, who is an established patient, because a past wellness visit was missed. We were told it's a new policy and the lady answering the phone had no power to do anything. We were told to take her to urgent care instead.

I will start off by saying Dr Hanks himself was amazing. The front desk staff as well as most of the nursing staff were always extremely rude. My last visit, the nurse practitioner Missy tried going behind my back when both of my kids were very sick & giving them multiple vaccine shots after I told her I did not want them to have them that day. She was very pushy and so rude. I left saying I was not going to be treated or talked to that way & they sent me a letter saying they can no longer see t

We love Dr Hanks and all his staff. We have recommended him to many friends and he came highly recommend to us.

I recommend Dr. Hanks to all of my family and friends that are looking for a pediatrician.

Receptionist is very rude. I had to call the office everyday for a week to get them to fill out paperwork for my son to start daycare. They were also suppose to send a letter stating he had to be elevated while sleeping due to acid reflux before he started daycare and its been 4 weeks and still not done. They dont do shots in office if child is on medicaid and have to go to health dept it takes over a month to get in. Nothing but issues! I have now changed doctors!
