A Wonderful Family Doctor
Both my wife and I are in our late 70's and Dr. Harma has been our primary care Doctor for a number of years and has provided us with the very best care through a number of issues as we've gotten older. He has been very thorough with his questions and during our examinations to determine what course of treatment or recommendations he feels we need to follow. We currently see him definitely each year for a 'wellness check' and if needed other appointments for follow-up if needed or an appointment if the need arises for a concern we might have, and hadn't yet conferred with him about. He and his assistant have both shown that they are interested and caring - providing us with the care we've needed.

Would definitely not recommend
Every time my husband calls to speak with MD or just ask a question, they want him to come in. He now has COVID and wants the antiviral; was told he did not meet criteria, which he does. Called back to request again and was told he had to do a tele conference with the doctor. What does this sound like? Sounds like $$$$$$ Do yourself a favor and search for another doctor!!

Dr. Harma was very thorough and kind during the appointment. He addressed all my concerns and I felt like he genuinely cared about my well-being. The front desk does not do him glory. As the lady was very rude and did not seem to want to deal with the paperwork I was handing her.

Dr. Harma has always taken the time to listen to and help me with whatever illness I have. He never rushes. I have not found his assistant to be rude either, she is always pleasant and professional to me.

Dr. Harma is an excellent doctor and my husband and I trust him with our lives. But like the reviewer below, his Medical Assistant, Heather is one of the rudest, arrogant (or ignorant?) person we have ever met. To think she is in healthcare is alarming at best. She shouldn't even be dealing with insects never mind human beings. We find all other staff members to be excellent. What a shame one individual can wreck a practice!!

Dr. Harma has the best bedside manner! I have seen several doctors in the area and by far he is the best. Very thorough, you don't wait long, and he his medical assistant is very prompt on calling you back. I have been a patient for 3 years now and pleased with the care I have received by him and his staff.

Dr. Harma is a proficient doc, however, his Medical Assistant, Heather, destroys his name. She is unprofessional, rude and has no bedside manner. She has no business being a healthcare professional or working with patients in any capacity.

Once nurse checks vitals, you have to wait a while and then he rushes you out. Doesn’t care much for his patients. Was going to him for a year and never did a real check up. Sets appts for every 3 months regardless, just wants your ins Money .

Overall, Dr. Harma is a good doctor and I enjoy working with him (to an extent). I would have rated him higher but for one reason, and my wife feels the same way. Many times I get a feeling of 'I'm the Dr and I know best from Dr. Harma', and I don't feel he (completely) takes into account everything you tell him. Otherwise, the office is clean and the staff are friendly and prompt.
