I AM FURIOUS!!! I have repeatedly attempted to get in touch with Dr. Houston concerning my mother's medication. No one answers the phone. I have gone to the office - the door is locked. There is no message on the door or when leaving a voicemail as to how to reach the doctor or why they are closed. This is unacceptable.

I have been a patient for at least 10 years of Dr. Houston. He is a good, thorough and listens to your needs. He will send you to another specialist if he feels that it is out of his hands. Front desk is not very friendly. Often times never looking up to greet you, or to speak. Not sure what there problem is, but once your past that Dr. Houston is great.

NEVER USE This place is so over booked and just trying to get another patient in to take their co pay and anything else they can get from you or your insurance. I waited 1 hour before I was seen. I filled out the web site form for online results for quicker access which is worthless when results not documented. Dr Houston spent 2 mins with me mainly to tell me that my ins would only cover a home study. Home study done and quickly given back to Houstons office. No word from them now 10 days
