My experience so far with Dr. Jackson and his staff has been amazing. He is a phenomenal M.D on top of being a great person. My questions are always answered and when I do call for anything I receive a call back from Sarah within minutes. I'm looking forward to welcoming my baby boy with him in a few weeks.

Dr. Jackson has delivered all three of my children. He has always treated me with compassion and respect. I would recommend him to anyone. The office ladies and nurses have all been there for a long time , which to me says a lot about his character. It’s a family there. Yes, there are times when it’s packed and I have to wait, however his services are well worth it. I know I’m going to have his undivided attention when he comes in the room.

During the past 18 months, I have never waited less than one hour in his waiting room, and another hour in his exam room. The office music is always turned up so loud that I can't hear myself think. Thank goodness I figured out how to turn it off in his exam room. Today, I waited 50 minutes, then went up to the desk and cancelled. The kind staff member jumped up and offered to go check on my turn, but I waved her off and rescheduled. I am now searching for a new doc.

I’m so confused by the positive reviews. I can only imagine it’s because they don’t know any better. I was new to the area and became pregnant. So I did my research. Dr. Jackson had amazing reviews and awards. So I chose him immediately. I am from a huge metropolitan area where the medical system is very good. I knew I wouldn’t get the same as I would back home. But I had no idea I would run into these issues. So to start with the basic, smallest complaints, the wait time is FOREVER at this office. I was ok with that because I took it as meaning he’s very popular because he’s very good. Once I would finally get back to see him, he was always coming in sweating, out of breath because he had just ran from the hospital delivering a baby. I didn’t mind that much but I didn’t even think about how this would affect me later. During appointments, he wasn’t rude, but wasn’t overly friendly and offering advice left and right. I’m a first time mom, I don’t always know the right questions to ask

Dr. Jackson has been my physician for thirteen years. He always takes the time to explain things and was beyond helpful during my infertility issues. I have since moved out close to Effingham but refuse to change doctors because he is worth the drive. As far as wait times, I am pleased that he puts patients givig birth or emergency at Candler first. It can be frustrating if on a time crunch which is why I always set out more than enough time for my visit.

I just moved to savannah, and was expecting my third child and have to have c sections. I researched doctors and chose him...best decision ever. I felt so comfortable under his care and it honestly was the best c section experience I’ve ever had, and I was terrified having a third. His nurse Sarah is so awesome too. I had blood pressure issues this pregnancy and he always told me I can stop in at any time to have my pressure checked and they Always called me back right away when I had concerns.

Dr. Jackson always heard my concerns and I felt comfortable knowing I could call anytime and he and his NP would ease any fears I had. I'm in the medical field so it was nice to be able to call him and voice concerns over the phone regarding my BP and make adjustments to my BP meds as needed. He was always so good at explaining what I should expect as this was my first child. I had a rough end to my pregnancy with pre-eclampsia and what ended up being an emergency C- section after my baby's heart rate dropped during labor. I was impressed with how quickly the staff got me back to the OR and Dr. Jackson delivered my healthy baby boy. The wait timed at the office were lengthy at times but I never minded waiting because I knew I would want the same attention when I delivered.

I actually enjoyed being his patient most of the time. The wait times when you have a 3 o clock appointment and don't get seen until almost 5 is a little extensive. I do understand that births can't be predicted though, and being on the other side of it I would want him to prioritize me if I had been the one in labor. Though I didn't get the pleasure of him delivering my baby (she came 6 weeks early and he was on vacation) his team worked very well. I had my baby so early due to eclampsia and I am very grateful that Sarah chose to test my pee because the hospital hadn't done it like they said they would the night before. Then when I went downhill the staff worked quickly and made it so I could welcome (even though half-conscious) my beautiful baby girl. So thank you. I won't go anywhere else if I can make it to Savannah if I have another kid.

I can’t put into words how wonderful Dr. Jackson is! I have been seeing him for 10 years. He has been the only dr that I have that truly cares (I have a ton of them) and helps anyway he can. He is understanding, compassionate, and straight forward. Sarah, his nurse is the best. She returns calls immediately and CARES!! Some complain about the wait but they seem to forget that if it was their baby or emergency, they would want him to be right there. I honestly just can’t say enough great things about him and Sarah! I truly don’t know what I would do without them. They have been a blessing to me.

I had an partial hysterectomy and he’s the best, hands down. Only pain I have afterwards is needing to have a bowel movement. His nurses that works under him, are phenomenal, they make you feel so comfortable before and after surgery.

I read positive reviews and was confident to schedule my appointment here. After my visit, I found that the office was wonderful and I had a positive experience here. Dr. Jackson was very informative to me and my results were back to me very quickly. I wish I could make this my permanent OB office!

The visit is fine. The billing is fraudulent. He charged Medicare for a full wellness exam which was not what was done. As it unfolded, my actual medicare wellness exam was denied to my PCM so I had to pay $407.

Dr. Jackson is one of the friendliest and sincere physicians I’ve come across over the years. He took great care of my needs during pregnancy and I have no complaints. Even when faced with longer than normal wait times, his customer service, bedside manner, knowledge, and genuine care are well worth any wait time there. His staff is amazing as well. ??

Dr. Jackson is very personable and friendly. He always seems to pick up where you left off from last visit. He Is a very good listener and does not seem to rush. There is frequently a long wait but his office staff communicates that well to the lobby- when he has to step out for deliveries at the hospital. Understandable. The lobby looks great the exam rooms are very dated. You need to call for results- but nice staff. They messed up my billing- I’m giving them a shot to fix it. Sticking w him!

Dr. Jackson is simply a great doctor. Most of the women in my family see him from ages 15-74. He just cares and I feel like that is so rare these days. He is committed to personal care. You aren’t just a number in his office. I am so thankful for him!
