Dr. Michael Jacobs, MD

This doctor reminds me of my pediatration years ago.... He knows ME! I am not a number or a chart. He cares about my total well being! He spends time getting to know 'why' I feel the way I do. He believes in eating correctly, taking vitamins, and alternative's to drugs. I am NEVER rushed out of his office or asked to deal with someone else. He also has student (soon to be) doctors that you can choose to be in your visit or not. He is interested in helping those students be better doctors. He has a small practice and it's hard to get in. Talk to Jessica, his assistant to make your appointment. Everyone who walks in, she knows them my name, by family, and by what they need. Once there, and you will never leave. I am so grateful for Dr. Michael Jacobs, and so thankful he does what he does. And BTW, I don't have any major issues because I have a doctor who makes sure that doesn't happen.

This man should not work in medicine or any field involving caring about other people. He doesn’t care if he makes you cry, constantly insults his patients, and is extremely fatphobic. If will make jokes at your expense even after you tell him to stop. His license needs to be revoked. PLEASE AVOID!!

Staff is always friendly and knows what they are doing. Dr. Jacobs is extremely knowledgable and caring.

I was nervous about booking a Doctor's appointment, as it been awhile since I had a general physical exam. Dr Jacobs put me at ease immediately and did so with compassion and humor. The staff are wonderful. I am so glad I made the appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr jacobs for about 7 yrs now. Honestly one of my favorite Drs. I usually see Dr.Abby now. She is amazing. They are both super up front and won’t bs you when it comes to the things you need or need to do to get better. The staff is always friendly and the office is always super clean. (Even before Covid) I like these Drs. so much not only does my wife come here but I’ve sent a few friends because I trust only them and their staff.

Doctor Jacobs is one of the lowest, worst doctors in the area. He accepts Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and only the worst doctors do. This Doctor will yell at you if you question him. IF the doctor knows you are taking anti- depressants, he will call you crazy and use it against you when he is the one who is totally pathological to the point of being a malignant narcissist. Of course, he has to hire people who will put up with him, and they all have disorders as well. His billing staff routinely forgot to tell the insurance companies that I had paid at the office, and then would attack me for those payments. I had to bring in Bank statements to show them that I paid at time of service, and that infuriated them. Jacobs made wrong diagnosis more than once, and often ignored my pain, and symptoms. I know you had to pick bad insurance to end up with this guy, but this is not the guy you want to end up having care for you.

Dr Jacobs and his staff are top notch. He is a doctor that honestly cares about his patients and takes the time to make sure they are getting the best care possible. He is strait forward honest doctor that is very knowable about practicing medicine. His assistance's are also very well trained and are passionate about providing the same level of care as Dr. Jacobs. I have recommended him to several people and would recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor

A kind lovely, intelligent man. I am in the best care for the rest of my life. Dr. Jacob's took care of my Dad till he passed, now he gets me. Look out. I love Shena Shandra and all. A nice warm caring office. I am blessed.

I met him for the first time on May 3, 2019. Be prepared for some no sugar-coating opinions the regarding the "today" medical field and the "pyramids" of referrals to every specialist under the sun. He, and his APRN, Shanda, are absolutely amazing and accurate on detail as I had done some research prior to the visit on one of my medical conditions and were spot-on about what they were informing me. Dr. Jacobs can make you laugh, even with serious health issues that you may be going through. Although it was my first experience with Dr. Jacobs, I trust that this doctor can handle all medical issues without sending you to a "specialist". I find him an absolute pleasure to have him as my PCP and a breathe of fresh air of honesty.

Nice and friendly physician, whom was clear and thorough. His Physician Assistants (PAs) are seemingly well-trained and professional in their examinations. I was there for a routine yearly physical, but feel confident that Dr. Jacobs and his staff are capable of handling my health care needs for the long term and will be effective if my health becomes "non-routine."

I have been a patient of Dr Jacobs for 3 years.I find the Dr very knoligible and caring person.I would recommend Dr Jacobs to all my friends.He is the best

Dr. Jacobs is a straight forward, no nonsense physician who takes whatever time may be necessary to discuss and explain medical issues and treatments with his patients. He is conscientious, thorough and caring. He listens, and you can actually reach him when necessary.

This is literally the rudest Doctor ever!!! I just can't believe it!! How is this guy still practicing! He yells at his staff, he was on the phone with another doctors office and he was yelling at them, and not just yelling but screaming at them! He talks down to his patients and I also heard him talking down about another practice with another patient, how unprofessional!! Took no time to treat me and because of that and his attitude I had to go someone else! DO NOT GO SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!

He is absolutely perfect. My husband and I became his patients today and could not be more pleased with this doctor. He is truly amazing and caring and to top it all extremely knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to refer Dr Jacobs. His assistant was also very professional and treated us with dignity and respect. Thank you both. J Barton. New patient
