Jacobson rensade de drabbade stenarna och tog bort ytterligare stenar i min njure. Han skrev sedan ut mediciner för att ändra pH-intervallet i min urin, vilket effektivt har avslutat mitt problem med njursten under åren sedan dess. Jag bryr mig lite om läkarens sätt att vara vid sängen och respekterar det faktum att deras scheman ofta leder till förseningar när det gäller att träffa sina möten. Rudest condescending doctor.

I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobson, he has been treating me since 2016. He helped me through a very difficult time, I was undergoing treatment for cancer and was also experiencing a serious urinary problem that he was able to diagnose and treat successfully during my battle and treatment of cancer. Dr. Jacobson is a highly skilled urologist who has gone above and beyond in addressing my difficult urological issue. He is patient, takes time to explain options, and explores complicated problems with thoroughness and adroitness. We are very fortunate to have such a skilled specialist on the peninsula.

This Doctor goes above and beyond to make sure he has not missed anything. He is not content with one reading and will do as many tests as he thinks needed to ensure you are healthy. In addition, how many doctors take the time to review,and answer these surveys? I would say ,close to none.......I am happy and honored to have found him......

I saw this doctor in 2017. They put me in a room waiting for him to show up over an hour! He never even apologized for the delay, saying that he had to talk to his office manager to purchase new equipment! Their staff were also terrible. My primary physician faxed a referral to them three times and they did not call me. I will never go back!

We were told Jacobson was a good technician but lousy bedside manner something he proved at CHOMP -then sent us home without a doctor and a nephrostomy tube. Too busy, he said. Also, Jacobson NEVER put a stethoscope to my husbands heart - so he went under without the team aware he had a heart murmur and aortic stenosis. SHOCKING when I complained to his staff they said they’d do a peer review and never called back. He also gave me news of my husbands cancer in the most callous way. Hideous!

During 2017....I was dealing with cancer, and he helped me with stents, etc.,,his kindness, and compassion along with his professionalism relieved me of the great fears I had regarding my situation......I will never forget this wonderful doctor....He encouraged me all along the way..... This is truly a patient centered practice! From my first call to the office I knew I would be comfortable having my 85 year old father treated here. The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical assistants and the Doctor, is professional, competent, courteous and compassionate. Dr. Jacobson listens to our concerns, gives us the facts, discusses his treatment plan and never rushes through our appointments. I am confident my dad is receiving excellent care & that means everything to me.

Dr. Jacobson is a very professional surgeon, who takes time with his patients before and after surgery to explain the operative procedure in clear, concise and understandable language. He dicusses the results of the surgery and the post-operative treatment using lucid terminolgy. He also quickly establishes a very good rapport with his patients and makes them feel comfortable by listening to their concerns and then providing answers for same. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.

My experience with Dr. Jacobson has been exemplary! He ordered the appropriate tests, diagnosed a serious problem, and corrected it with medicine. Amazingly, my previous urologist had failed to find this problem. Dr. Jacobson's clinical expertise is up to date and his analysis is thorough. I have had several appointments and never had to wait more than a few minutes. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Jacobson is concerned and supportive.

Horrible office atmosphere, physician even more rude and he was over an hour late for my appointment and never apologized, made excuses and in the end asked me to see someone else when I complained! Gladly since my time is important too and I won't pay for sub par work!!
