Seemed off and was concerned about really unimportant things. My cholestrol was off the charts and he was focused on my vit d level, He seems outdated too. He was offering me medications that are discontinued. That being said I liked the office help.

It seems to me since moving his office to N.R. Dr Jesse has lost some of his qualities which has made me his patient for over 20 years. He just seems interested in moving patients in and out as quick as he can without truly listening to me and answering my questions. I am deciding on a new doctor.

Dr. Jesse is great. My entire family including my three children see Dr. Jesse as our primary care physician. He spends time answering questions and explaining issues very well. The nurses are friendly as well. The only negative thing I have to say is about the receptionist. She is exceptionally rude and unkind. She acts as if you are putting her out when you call to schedule an appointment and acts as if you don't exist when you arrive. I didn't recommend a friend to him due to her.

Always a good diagnosis and friendly. The front desk lady is a nightmare, challenging you on the phone and in person when you're trying to get prescriptions re-filled. Look, I know they need to be gatekeepers, but to continually talk down and be brusk with me is uncalled for. UH should consider replacing this woman. Her name is Sheila.
