Dr Kaylor is a '10'. Wife the office Mgr is a '0'
Dr Kaylor is wonderful, I mean truly a great provider who listens, has a great bedside manner and incredibly knowledgeable. His spouse who is an office manager inserts herself as a gatekeeper to the practice. I find her rude, condescending and petty which is such a shame. Dr Kaylor is truly an amazing provider and his spouse is driving decade long patients away.

I've been a patient of Dr Kaylor for about 15 yrs.
Dr Kaylor may be a doctor, but he is no ordinary doctor. He is compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, explains things so anyone can understand. He offers multiple solutions for treatment. He never makes me feel like I am intruding on his time or attention. He has seen me through many difficult times, health and mental issues, (the loss of a child) I feel I get the best possible medical care possible. I would go 100 miles to have him as my primary doctor.

Our Dr. for over 15 yrs.
Our family has had Dr. Kaylor as our Physician for over 15yrs. We've followed him to 3 locations and have felt very confident in his care consistently. There has NEVER been a time that I can recall where we've felt rushed. He listens to the patient until all info is relayed and then asks questions and has been spot on with direction that he feels best. We love Dr. Kaylor!!

One of the best doctors in Boise
My wife and I have been following Dr. Kaylor for 15 or so years. Dr. K is consistent in each visit in that he takes time to review and discuss options, and is not one of those doctors who need to meet a quota for writing prescriptions. I like that Dr. K is open and honest about pros and cons to certain conditions and explaining things in a way that allows me to fully understand what's going on. Dr. K's staff is also wonderful and helpful. In all the years my wife and I have seen Dr. K, we've never had a bad experience. We love Dr. K!

Outstanding care with Dr. Kaylor and his staff
From check in to leaving, the office staff were very professional and kind. Dr. Kaylor takes his time with patients, and never seems to run behind. I've been seeing Dr. Kaylor for a long time and will continue as I know he genuinely cares about his patients!

Best Doctor I have been to
Dr. Kaylor and his staff are outstanding. Dr. Kaylor is very intelligent and compassionate. He is very diligent in providing outstanding care. Dr. Kaylor and his staff have gone over and above the call of duty for me and my family. Ali his helper is Wonderful!! Kayla in the front office is always helpful in directing you to who you need to speak to and sending messsges for urgent questions. Dr.Kaylor never has his hand on the door knob wanting to hurry you. He listens very well to your problems. If he refers you to someone you know you are going to be taken care of. My whole family see's him. One time I sent a message through his potal at 9:00 P.M. and I received a reply at 9:30 P.M. . A Wonderful doctor and Excellent staff. I would highly recommend Kaylor family medicine.

Kaylor misdiagnosed myself and daughter so I left his office a while ago. I am still getting annoying emails from their automated system because they are too unprofessional to scrub their client lists. No their email doesn't have an unsubscribe link.

Staff Bobbi behaved very unprofessionally. It’s not her place to lecture me that COVID vaccination is a personal choice. She should be masked when working. As a medical professional, she should know that anyone’s personal choice to NOT get COVID vaccinated ends at my fully vaccinated and masked body. Maybe lecture the unvaxed?People like me, who continue to follow all pandemic protocols including vaccination (especially if I actually have contracted COVID) do not need or deserve any type of negative attitude/lecture from a health care professional who blatantly disregards pandemic protocols, especially when she AND PA Erstad both advised me they’ve seen breakthrough infections caused by the Delta variant. I question the legitimacy of claims that a family medical practice doesn’t keep unexpired COVID tests during a pandemic, particularly during the current surge. I left feeling like they just wanted me out of their office ASAP. No apology from Bobbi for her poor behavior.

The office supervisor is Dr Kaylors wife, lol. When I requested to speak with Dr Kaylor due to not being thrilled by treatment of his NP working for him, and then questioned the eye popping bill of (nearly, couple dollars short) of hundreds of dollars owed after insurance, his wife, the “professional” supervisor refused, proceeded to mock me for losing my job as a Covid RN (no more Covid patients in Idaho), and threatened that Treasure Valley healthcare community is a very small one, insinuated that she would somehow use her position and break patient provider confidentiality because “Karen’s mad”. Dr Kaylor has yet to contact me.

My husband and I loved Dr. Kaylor. We followed him through 4 or 5 moves, until he opened his own practice. We tried to schedule and urgent appointment and his office staff was incredibly rude. So much so that after 10 years we de used it was time to find another doctor. Sure is disappointing.
