When I brought up the CT scan of the abdomen and I didn't understand what the indication referred to the doctor seemed a little defensive (laceration of right renal artery)

X-ray showed 1 plate and 2 screws had broken. When I asked Dr. Koerner why that happened, and I stated I had done everything he said to do, his response was "Stuff happens". He stated this twice. There was no other explanation given. It was because of this I chose to get a second opinion, which ultimately influenced my decision to not return to this practice.
