Dr. Michael Littleton, MD

This surgeon is top of his game and has the best bedside manner I've encountered in many years. God Bless this man! He performed my biopsy and made me feel comfortable and very much at ease. He was kind and efficient. His office saw me immediately following my referral and his staff was on their game!

I had my biopsy this morning. If you are ever in need of a general surgeon, I highly recommend Dr. Michael Littleton. He was so reassuring and genuinely cares. His staff was quick to respond and get me into surgery. His office received the referral Tuesday at 4:30pm. His staff called me promptly at 8am yesterday morning and had me in his office yesterday at 1pm for a quick exam. Then, they scheduled for the biopsy this morning at 9am. He made what was an uncomfortable situation a breeze. Seriously, this guy is amazing and his bedside manner is well above par. He is at Brookwood Hospital. What an angel!

I had a partial mastectomy due to breast cancer. I couldn’t have asked for better care, kindness, professionalism, surgical excellence than Dr Littleton offered. He has the most comforting & supportive bedside manner that I've ever experienced from any doctor. He made a very scary diagnosis so much easier. He explained everything that was going to happen and made me feel so safe. I couldn't be happier with Dr. Littleton as my surgeon, I wish all doctors had so much care & empathy for their patients. I would recommend him to anyone needing general surgery.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Littleton and the staff. During my procedure; he and the nurse were very professional. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Afterwards, they made sure I understood all post-procedure instructions. They were absolutely awesome.

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He nearly killed me after I had my son. I was told I had abscesses in my breast so I was referred to him and he said I needed to go to my family doctor because he thought I had the flu and I was just engorged. This went on for weeks & come to find out thru my family doctor I had abscesses/staph & I was in surgery that same day because she was afraid I had become septic. Dr. Littleton missed it all the way around. Highly disappointed with this doctor.

Dr Littleton did my gallbladder removal and to have had surgery, I couldn't have asked for a better experience! He and his staff are so nice. It was my first surgery and they were patient and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed and Dr Littleton did all he could to relieve my anxiety and tell me everything to expect. I am very glad he was my doctor! The only negative is the wait time. For both my pre and post op appointments, I had to wait at least 45 minutes past my apt time.

Dr. Littleton performed my partial mastectomy. He calmed my fears, demonstrated an incredible amount of empathy and answered all of my questions. I have utmost faith in his abilities as a physician.
