After a short wait, I was seen by Dr. Lotfi. As always, he clearly discussed my illness and issues I had raised. He tailors my treatment to my needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. He always seems to have plenty of time to talk to me. In short, he is the best of the best!

Amazing, Dr Lotfi cares about his patients, that's hard to find these days. He pretty much saved my life , at the very least a limb . I'm forever grateful

Dr. Lotfi and his staff are amazing
There is nothing better than a welcoming office and a doctor who takes the care of the patient serious. He explains in details and follow up with the questions.

I did not have the $20 co-pay this time coming to the office and I was denied services by the office and sent on my way!!! This is no way to be treated for a specialty where I only have one kidney and that was a donor who gave it to me 15 years ago!

I have never met a more compassionate and caring MD. His staff is always so warm and welcoming and he always calls you back personally if you have after hours questions within a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Dr.Lotfi.

Dr Lofti as a doctor was fine. In and out of the hospital room with not much quality time spent but adequate. His office staff, specifically his "office manager" Julie is condescending and incredibly rude. She refused to provide (a fax from one Dr to another Dr) medical test results from tests ordered by Dr Lofti simply because we chose follow up care with someone else. There was no regard for the care of my husband once it was known we would not be seeking care in their office.
