Knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. Dr Lowe is excellent. The contract carrier for the VA constrains their production. The VA needs to provide more Flexibility to these rural contractors.

Great dr. Up until he abandoned my husband and I and now refusing to give medical records to new primary dr., or releasing to us. Finally filed formal complaint to azmd.gov. They sent him a letter stating 3weeks was reasonable amount of time to release. Hopefully the medical board will help us.

Dr. Lowe has stopped seeing his private patients and now only does VA which is ok but there was no notification sent out so people are just left having to find a new primary care doctor. It would have been nice to have communication from his office. I actually had a appt that was cancelled and was told I would be called back to re scheduled never heard back and can't get through on the phone.

My wife and I have seen Dr. Lowe for several years now. If there have been any issues with proper communication it was quickly resolved with the receptionist at the front desk and there haven't been any other issues. My wife has had a complicated neurological medical history all her life. Dr. Lowe seemed a little challenged at first with her situation, that was quickly overcome. Dr. Lowe is competent and confident, he also deals with my slowly increasing medical issues right in stride. He IS busy, however he does take the time to answer questions and make sure we understand what is going on.

I have seen many doctors around the world and the United States. When it comes to medical knowledge and diagnosis skills, Dr. Lowe is the very best. I highly recommend him.

The office staff has never returned our calls to their office, even after calling for labratory results several times over the course of a month or more of waiting for those results and explaining how badly my husband felt. no follow up information on blood or other labratory tests, even after months of waiting for results and for medication to help relieve health issues. this has been very stressful.
