Dr. Michael McKelvey, MD

Dr. McKelvey cured my excessive sweating with a simple prescription. I was at the point where any social situations tht would make the avg person slightly uncomfortable would cause me to sweat tremendously. To the point that it was all I would worry about which would make it worse. Other doctors prescribed anti anxiety meds which didn’t help and the anxiety was only bc I was worried about sweating. If you have excessive sweating do yourself a favor and see him. It could change your life, like it did mine!

Great staff. Easy Ipad sign in. Smiling faces. Very pleasent atmosphere. Clean and tidy. I was in the Grandview office. Quick service. Mike was super informative. Very polite nice bedside manner. Knowledgable. All the people there seemed to like working for Mike and liked their job.

When scheduling for 2nd opinion for basal cell carcinoma and MOHS surgery, I was seen by doctor not MOHS certified. He read 1st doctor's report, then asks me where the cancerous spots are He admitted that topical treatment exists, but falsely claimed topicals for basal cell aren't FDA approved. Two days after appointment I requested prescription for topical treatment instead of MOHS. Was told obtaining prescription would cost me the price of another appointment. He ran my credit card 4 times

At work I refer my patients to this office on a normal basis just from all the good things I have heard about the office. I have needed to see Derm for some time now, I finally scheduled an appointment which was very easy and the staff was polite. I had my first appointment this morning, met with Dr. McKelvey. He is very nice and knowledgeable! I will continue to refer my patients to this practice!

I brought my son to Dr. McKelvey for skin irriatation. He knew exactly what it was and wrote a perscription that cleared his skin irriatation up in a few days. I would refer anyone with skin issues to him.
