I've been seeing Dr. Mendez over two years and give him personally 5 Stars, however, I have to give his staff 0 Stars today. My reason is due to dropping off Long Term Disability paperwork off at his office on March of this year and the Receptionist stated, she would hand it to the Nurse and take care of it. Yesterday, I get a call from my Long Term Disb. Co. saying they have not received my Doctors forms, so, I call the Doctors office two separate times(couple hrs. between calls)to leave messages. Today, a day later, Dr. Mendez Nurse returns my call to advise me that they do not process Long Term paperwork and doesn't know who gave me incorrect info.? Her tone of voice was flat, meaning, I felt no apology or being sorry for the miss information, nor any follow-up and now I have until Mid-Dec. of next month to work with my LTD Co. to see what Doctor in my pass they will accept, then, pray, that Doctor will work on my behalf and process the paperwork. I pray management reads my review.

I like Dr Mendez. However my experience is the last couple of visits seem to be rushed. It felt almost like they needed to know things right along, I think I spent more time with the nurse than I do with the doctor.
