Finding Dr. Mitzaguchi is like finding a diamond!! He’s procedure for cataract surgery is a very thorough process. You’re given all the info on & about your surgery. Everyone in the office that’s involved works together & each know they’re own job. Redwood Hospital gives you fantastic care as well. This entire process of removing the cataract is taken care of precisely. Carefully, with constant play by play by dr. Mitzaguchi. There’s is not a place better to to an Eye Doctor plus his staff is the best!! A+++ All the way around.

Saw Dr. Mizoguchi when I was in Humboldt. Excellent Doctor, very gentle, very thorough. I saw the repairs that another doctor in a different area did on my eye decades prior, and knew every step that was taken just by examination. I wanted to continue seeing him but they stopped taking VA. I was saddened by this and haven't seen such a great ophtalmologist as Dr. Mizoguchi since.

Dr. Mizoguchi is an experienced, caring opthalmologist, who always shook my hand, & patiently answered all questions. He performed two successful cataract removal surgeries in August 2018. His pre-op handouts we're very informative, walking me through each step. I felt absolutely no pain during the surgeries. His support staff and surgical assistant we're professional, as well. He also accepted my Medicare. I'm switching my annual exams to him.

Dr. Mizoguchi is such a wonderful doctor; compassionate, thorough, courteous and extremely capable. His staff are also very kind, warm, and helpful.

Dr. Mizoguchi is fabulous! Very caring, thorough, and explains things very well. Even ordered labs for my daughter when her rheumatologist was unresponsive.

Firstly, I am amazed at the outcome! I never expected such remarkable results. Even days later, I just go out and ...well... look at things! I can not comment on Dr. Mizoguchi's surgical expertise, but I am completely satisfied with the results. There were no complications, no pain, no discomfort (actually none!) - no problems ... period. Pre-surgical was well coordinated. Total time, including administrative and post, was about 3 -3.5 hours. The doctor was professional and focused.

Dr Mizoguchi addresses complex issues with careful consideration and empathy. All his office staff are proficient, knowledgeable, and treat all patients with respect. Rarely do I see a medical office with this many staff show this so much professionalism and so little drama.
