Has both brains and a heart.
While I was just a fly on the wall accompanying my relative, I found that Dr. Muschel takes 'ownership' of his practice by not only asking all the needed questions, but then truly listens to their responses, and responds again himself with enough follow-up questions to ensure he has a firm grip on the patient (not just the file). It's not every day you find specialists who really seems to care, and take their time to thoroughly understand where his patient is holding, and what steps they themselves needs to make. We feel fortunate to have found him.
