Dismissive
I was scheduled with Dr. Nelson due to my doctor not having any availability that day. He was rude and dismissive of my issues and basically offered no solution except for to gargle is hot salt water. I have never been treated so poorly by a healthcare professional. I will never visit him again and may have to switch offices all together.

Did not listen
I had to tell him several l to what I needed, He was rude and I had a problem and explained that I thought if I came inl he could find out who I needed to give it to. He was dismissive of and respond with he had nothing to do with that. I had to ask him again to find out to who I could get the information. My blood pressure was very elevated yet he did not say a word about it or have it rechecked. The nurse came in and said he wanted to see me in a month. He did not say what for
