He listened when others didn’t he put up with my poor attitude and set out to help me even when I acted entitled to it and I’m forever grateful to your kindness and your wisdom

Doctor Nichols knows what he is doing. He knows what he can do to help an illness & smart enough to know when to make a referral. My health has improved with his compassionate care. He also will say no when a patient shouldn't be on certain medications. I'm was pleased he has alternate approaches to pain management.

I have been a long time patient with Doctor Nicholas he is a very good doctor and would highly recommend him.But his secretary Lisa is a very dishonest person and can lead you on false paths if you need special procedures that need to be pets proved by your medical she doesn't do the job right or at all and blames the medical company when in fact it was her failure to provide any documents that would be recommended or requested by medical company.Be aware of her sweet innocent looking face !

The most caring, best doctor I have ever met in any medical field! He actually came to my house when I was not able to go to his clinic, he called me off hours and weekends to check on me, and I will be grateful to him until I die.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, Dr Nichols is very informative and patient . Great office, I highly recommend Dr Nichols for pain pump managing!!!
