He's changed since he took over at the Hagerstown office. He actually said that he would continue to harass my family member until they are off the medicine that a previous Doctor has issued for many years through Meritus Health. He also double booked appointments. He also waited til he was in front of an intern when he asked if she could set in , which we didn't want to disagree or be disrespectful in front of them. He commented that ' Isn't there anything good in your life' as they were just discussing a few things that were a problem for the 10 or 15 minutes you have to discuss things. He commented on things that don't pertain to his profession. I would not recommend him.

Best psychiatrist!
He is a very caring doctor he takes the time to review your records before seeing you. He is concerned about your over all health and your whole life. He is very intelligent, understanding, and kind. He will spend time talking to you about your concerns or problems. He is a wonderful doctor , and I miss seeing him since his move to Maryland. Miss Ya bunches, Theresa

Highly recommend
Dr. Nickasch is new to the practice and I have enjoyed his fresh take on medications and treatment. He is caring and easy to reach with any questions. He's not pushy or judgemental about your treatment, I feel he keeps an open mind when treating patients. I think he would appeal to any age patient. I've felt very comfortable with him.
