Dr Park has been my primary care physician for several years. He is professional, knowledgeable, asks appropriate questions and makes quick analysis of the situation. He is a trusted partner in my care team and I rely on him without question.

In a word, don't
Dr. Park himself is very nice, but the visits are extremely brief and perfunctory. Every year he tells me the very same thing about eating healthy (even though I already do), and you get the feeling that it's just a script that he says to every patient regardless of their personal circumstances. You are lucky if the visit is 15 minutes, and you never even take off your clothes. Even worse, his staff is completely nonresponsive to online messages and never returns phone calls. Just don't waste your time.

Institutionalized Medicine
Just your “run-of-the-mill”doctor practicing standard institutionalized medicine. Nothing more, nothing less. If you have difficult issues, go elsewhere to receive deeper and more thoughtful examination and care. Otherwise, he’s fine. Visits tend to be short and hurried. The Piedmont system as a whole is also very “institutional”, with mainly “hack-type” doctors. Then again, not many good choices here in Atlanta. Limited choices and dwindling quality of care makes the idea of these “membership practices”, that are currently popping up, much more attractive.

I'll recommend Dr. Park without reservations. He has excellent bedside manners, and he's very thorough with the examination. He answered all my questions and discussed every aspect of my medical history. I was impressed with the prompt results of my lab. He's very personable and really cares.
