incredible doctor. caring, super intelligent , he gets results. We were so fortunate to have his care and will miss him..We were greatly saddened to hear so suddenly that his office is closing.We wish him the best.

Why is this office closing? Very pleased with Doctor Perrotti and my husbands care for prostate cancer but very concerning and unsettling with the lack of communication recently, especially since my husband was just there a few weeks ago and nothing was mentioned regarding the need to find a new doctor. A referral would have been nice, and necessary with a diagnosis of recurrent prostate cancer treatment follow up.

The doctor and his staff has gone over and beyond what was necessary

Have been going to Dr. Perrotti for over 5 years. In Jan’19 my PSA jumped “ 1” point to 5.2 and got Dr. Perrotti’s attention. He said quote - “ I’m ordering a prostate MRI because we don’t want to miss anything.” After the MRI and biopsy a low grade small prostate cancer was discovered. Dr. Perrotti explained my condition and treatment options with an uncanny ability to calm my concerns. I had successful robotic surgery and have been declared cancer free. Had a 1 year follow up last week and everything is fine. Dr. Perrotti a skilled knowledgeable physician with a great bedside personality. When talking to him , one gets the sense he really cares about your health. Great doctor with great office staff.

I wholeheartedly agree with all the positive reviews. Dr. Perrotti and his team are all one could wish from a doctor. He answers all the questions clearly and takes the time to explain your situation. My prostate biopsy was about as smooth as one can hope for and essentially pain free. What I particularly like about him is the conservative approach, not pushing surgery as the first option, but rather as the last option. I highly recommend him.

Dr Perrotti is easy to talk with, he is informative and straightforward. The procedure that Dr. Perrotti performed was a much better experience than I expected.

I chose Dr. Perrotti after searching thru the urologists in the Albany NY area, based on his excellent educational background and experience regarding my issue ... What a nice, down to earth doctor that takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. I had kidney cancer and Dr Perrotti removed the cancer and part of my kidney. It was a difficult thing to hear but he took the time to explain to my wife and i, then performed the surgery. I just had my 6 month check up and everything is great, cancer free and i owe Dr Perrotti a huge thank you for taking the time to explain and doing such a fine job on the surgery, I feel great today! Thank You!!

Recently I had a Prostrate biopsy preformed by Dr Michael Perrotti. Dr Perrotti was excellent. I had a previous Prostrate biopsy preformed by anotherDoctor which was a nightmare that took me 15 months to recover from. Dr Perrotti's "prep" procedure was thoughtful and hassle free. During the procedure Dr Perrotti was gentle and concerned for my comfort asking questions and explaining each part of the procedure prior moving forward. My recovery has a thousand times easier then my first procedure. Dr Perrotti's partner Dr Efrossini Kolios has been wonderful throughout my entire experience with his practice. The Albany UrologicOncology (AUO) has been professional, efficient and accommodating. All in All a fantastic experience.

I can not say enough about Dr Perotti. He is the most compassionate and gentle doctor I have ever encountered! He went into detail and was assuring! His bedside manner was wonderful and being a new patient I was so apprehensive and he calmed me down and I had a procedure the same day which I was really scared but he did everything to make it go smooth and talked me through it all~ I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr Perotti one of the few who really seem to care?

I have been a bladder cancer patient of Dr. Perrotti's for more than a year. The care and attention I have received has been superb and highly professional. This is a first class medical office, and I am privileged and fortunate to be treated by the doctor and his staff. Thank you.

Found Dr. Perrotti to be a very professional, understanding and gifted surgeon. His entire staff is welcoming, comforting and supportive with special kudos to his PA Kate. The doctor and staff constantly make sure you understand what is being said and urge you to call with any questions after every visit. No unrealistic promises are made and you are made a valuable part of the decision making process. My opinion is that this is a surgeon you want in your corner if the need arises.

Dr. Perrotti is an excellent physician. I have been seeing him for 5 years now and highly recommend him to anyone needing to see a urologist. He really cares about his patients and takes time to explain lab result and procedures, discuss options and answer any questions you may have.
