I am always impressed with the compassion that Dr. Pickrell shows to his patients. He is very detail oriented and truly cares and wants what is best for his patients. He listens and pays close attention to what we have to say. He is truly a (Gem) of a Rheumatologist.

Dr Pickrell took the time to do a complete health history, asked follow up questions, and listened fully to my concerns. He treated me as a whole human versus a specific ache. He suggested waiting until the lab work returned before prescribing medication, which I appreciated. I felt cared for and heard, which is the most valuable part.

He always discusses what has been going on since last visit and is interested in what you are saying instead of on the computer the whole time your in the exam room. And if I have any questions or concerns, I can always get ahold of him by text. I would recomend Dr. Pickrell to anyone.
