Lack of respect for patient. After going through all the prep work for a shot he discovered he didn't have the medicine needed and wanted me to come back in a week in spite of my being the first patient of the day for the shot. He said he had enough medicine for all the rest of the patients but not for me. He finally decided to do the shot in my eye and it was extremely painful. I have had these shots for about 5 years with a specialist in TN. Moved here and this was my first visit.

Please stay away from this doctor as much as possible. Worst customer service. Very lengthy waiting time. I mean you might as well get to the appointment about 1/2 hour to 1 hour after the actual scheduled time. Only cares about money. Tries to sell unnecessary medications and refer people to his friends when his office doesn't have enough seats to seat patients. Good side is that he spends time with patients but that's no excuse. Oh yeah, I forgot he sometimes lies about the diagnosis as well.
