Dr. Raybould is very traditional and by the book, which may work well for a lot of patients, but can also be frustrating, as it’s hard to get anywhere new or helpful without jumping through a ton of hoops (if at all). So the care doesn’t feel personal/seems like we’re just running in circles as a result. Additionally, the front office staff is always extremely overwhelmed and flat out unkind. Which is especially heartbreaking to watch with the older patients. Anytime that we need to get a hold of his nurses or him (which is rare), we have a difficult time hearing back. Sometimes to the point we’ve had to actually show up in person to get an answer from somebody. Ultimately, would not recommend.

As a 72 year old patient of his, he is by far, the best physician I've ever met. He is personable, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He never, ever rushes through our appointments. The man is an excellent doctor in the traditional sense. His care and concern of his patients is very noticeable. His nurse is just as kind and friendly as he is!

Since he first became my doctor 25+ years ago, he has always been attentive and understanding with everything that arises. Whether it's a minor problem or possibly life threatening, he always takes the time to make sure you understand everything happening. He answers every question and common sense is always used. I could not have chosen a better doctor.

Good doctor, but too busy and distracted. Didn't feel like getting enough answers. Takes two months to schedule appt and staff is always trying to rush you off the phone. Ended up moving to a new doctor.
