I couldn't get in with him for surgery and he got me in with a colleague, 2 days later. Took the time to find someone

I have had my abdomen opened surgically 4 times midline and Dr Reader did the finest job. I have never had such a good experience with my previous surgeries as I did Dr Reader. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed hernia surgery or Gastrointestinal. I have never healed so well or felt so cared for by my physician. He is most definitely someone to hold onto.

I've been to surgeons before and Dr. Reader was by far the best I've seen. He actually seemed to genuinely care that I was comfortable and fully understood what he was saying. I have already highly recommended him and will continue to.

While the wait time was long, the actual interaction with Dr. Reader was strong. He spent time getting caught up on my history, reviewing recent scans and discussing treatment options in light of the additional information provided by them. He made time for my questions and answered them in detail. I find him to be direct and frank while still taking my point of view into consideration; he avoids the condescending tone that many doctors seem to slip into with patients. Appreciate his approach immensely.
